For traditional massage:

→ Comfortable stretchy clothing (leggings or sports trousers and a loose T-shirt). Avoid clothes with zips or buttons

For oil massage:

→ You can come in any clothes and change in the room. Towels and sheets are included

Thai massage works deeply but it should NEVER hurt.

• → I always adapt the pressure to your comfort level
• → You can tell me at any time if you need more or less pressure
• → If you prefer something softer, oil massage is perfect for you
• → The sensation is a “good pain” that releases tension, not discomfort

It depends on your goals:

• → Chronic pain or high stress: once every 2 weeks
• → Intensive treatment: once a week for 4–6 weeks

After the first session I will give you personalised recommendations based on your case.
